Time of day: 6:45PM Went with: Myself Location: Chicago Lakefront Path Weather: 75 degrees and humid Felt: Normal it felt ok Distance: 3.2 miles Time: 34:34 Pace: 10:47/mile Felt: Tired, sluggish.
