One thing I’ve always struggled with is living in the moment. I beat myself up about the things I think I should have done and what I can do better in the future. This process prevents me from enjoying the current moment and is counterproductive to my day-to-day.
The same thought process used to keep me from getting to the gym. I would make a rigid plan and when I did not stick to it, I would beat myself up. Thankfully my perspective has changed over the years and last week I found an awesome way to keep my mindset in check by asking myself only one question.
