It’s been an admittedly too-busy weekend, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I’ll be back to recap a weekend filled with a little more baby prepping, a few pre-baby bucket list items and lots of good food! For now though, you’ll find me on my couch with my feet up.
In the meantime, here’s my plan for the week!
Keeping things simple again this week. The goal is rest and relaxation at night! I’m also doubling up lots of meals this week to freeze, I just couldn’t handle another full prep day!
Yogurt and Granola
Trail Mix, Apples or Grapes and String Cheese or Yogurt
Sunday- Heading to Taste Talk’s All Star BBQ!
Monday- Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala with Peas and Brown Rice
Tuesday- Turkey Taco Meat Nachos (making a double batch of meat to freeze)
Wednesday-Powder Keg Chili (making a double batch and freezing some)
Satuday-Super Easy Ravioli Lasagna (making a double batch to freeze)
I’m prioritizing rest this week and doing what I can. If I feel like working out I will, if I don’t I won’t!
