I’m coming at you feeling like the most exhausted and miserable pregnant lady, but for a great reason! We spent the weekend in Michigan with family and friends and my Aunts threw the most adorable baby shower for us yesterday, followed by a family barbecue at my Dad’s house.
Today we battled through the Labor Day traffic and came home to unpack, grocery shop (well, Rich went) and now we’re all set for the week. Let’s hope a good night’s sleep will have me feeling ready to take on a four day work week!
Here’s my plan for the week! Meals
Last week I cooked at home three times, brought my lunch and snacks to work every day and did not pick up breakfast once! That’s a major win and I feel so much better after that which is motivating me to stick to it this week.
Yogurt and Granola (keeping it easy)
Apples and Almonds or Grapes and String Cheese or Watermelon and Cottage Cheese
Monday- Steak and Potato Salad
Tuesday- One Pan Chicken Apple Sausage Pasta
Wednesday- Out with Anne after a walk date
Thursday- Cheeseburger Salads
Friday- Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops, Asparagus and Rice Pilaf
Saturday- Celebrating our friends Jackie and Bryan’s Wedding
