It’s been a sunny, low key weekend which was exactly what I needed. It started with Book Club on Friday which was fun as always. Pizza, girl chat and a few homemade desserts? You can’t go wrong.
My Saturday was a great one! I slept in, ran a few errands and then spend the afternoon with my friend Denise on bed rest waiting for her baby. We ate chopped salads, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and watched a marathon of RHONY. Then I came home to my Rich making dinner for me- surf and turf! It was a great day!
Today will hopefully be equally laid back. I plan on going to yoga, doing some food prep, working on some blog posts for the week and ending the weekend with lots of relaxing.

Monday-Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Sweet Potato Fries
Tuesday-Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream White Sauce
Thursday-Work dinner out
Friday-Shrimp Scampi (an oldie but a goodie!) with Garlic Bread
Make Sunday Night Dinner
