Meal Plan 10/26-11/1

Good Morning!

This weekend was truly a weekend of foodie fun!

It kicked off with book food club on Friday night. We read The Night Circus and as always we excelled at each bringing a themed dish. My addition was caramel apples!

Saturday is typically errand day and yesterday was no different. I spent the afternoon doing my food prep for the week and making Roasted Butternut Squash Penne to bring to our friends’ sixth annual pulled pork cook off. It was a night of good food, good friends, good beer and a bonfire. What else do you need?

Comments

  1. What did you think about The Night Circus? I read it last year and found it interesting but that’s about it. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

  2. I am going to watch the USA/NZ Game on Saturday too! It’s going to be great.
