It has been a perfect summer weekend! Friday night I hosted a Julia Child themed book club at our house, which was a blast. The ladies brought a variety of French food and went all out- macaroons, twice baked potatoes and stuffed mushrooms were served! Yesterday I tried Standup Paddle Boarding for the first time and then spent the day out on our friends boat. In a few minutes I’m heading to the grocery store, but we have no other plans today besides resting!
This week is looking like the calm before the storm, so I’m using the opportunity to try a few new recipes and use up a few of the pre made things in our freezer to have a bit of a beak.

Sunday- Grilled Chicken Bruschetta over Whole Wheat Pasta
Monday- Farmer’s Market Veggie Burgers from the freezer and roasted zucchini & yellow squash
Tuesday- Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops with Asparagus and Rice Pilaf
Wednesday- Crock Pot Enchiladas (made with turkey and green enchilada sauce…never made this last week)
Thursday-Salmon Burgers from the freezer and Roasted Broccoli
Friday-Grilling for the Fourth!
