My main fitness goal this month is to get back into strength training, so I made myself this plan to get back in the habit. I gave the workout a try on Sunday and it took me exactly 30 minutes, which is the perfect amount of activity for busy days.
To kick it up a notch, add 5 a minute warm up and cool down plus three, 5 minute cardio bursts in between each to equal 25 minutes of cardio.
