Tried a new Bolognese recipe last night, it’s a keeper!
It’s been a pretty great weekend! Friday and Saturday were basically spent relaxing, spending time with some blogger friends, running errands and getting things done around the house. This morning I ran with Valerie and in an hour I have some ladies coming over for brunch, so I’ll make this quick!
First, let’s recap this week’s workouts:
Monday-75 minute Basic yoga class
Tuesday-60 minute walk around the neighborhood with Rich plus upper body weights and core at home
Wednesday-75 minute Warm Flow yoga class (this was a killer class and my arms are still sore!)
Friday-OFF but tons of walking around the city (still SO sore from yoga!!!)
Saturday-75 minute Level 1 yoga class with Kelly
Sunday- 5k run with Valerie
So, I did not end up going downtown for the Hot Chocolate race in favor of sleeping in an extra two hours and running locally. (after commuting to the city five days a week, this sounded like the much better option) I did get myself a Peppermint Mocha after though, so my run was chocolate themed!

Monday-Leftover Simple Bolognese from Saturday night
Tuesday-Leftover Turkey Pot Pie
Wednesday-Shrimp Pad Thai
Thursday-Out with my friend Jen before taking a DIY calendar class at Paper Source! (and there should be TONS of leftovers for Rich)
Friday-Spa Party at my friend Elise’s (Rich has poker night)
Saturday-Date Night at The Bedford
Made extra Egg Casserole with brunch
Make Sunday night dinner
