Well, no workout recap this week since my cold knocked me on my butt. I made it to one yoga class and went on a 2 mile run yesterday plus an arm and core YouTube video and that was my week. My weekend was pretty lame and exactly what I needed: lots of sleep, some errand running and not much else. But, we did make mussels last night! They were a success and I’ll be sharing the recipe later this week.

Since it’s the last week of the month, this plan is pretty simple. Most of these meals are based on things we had on hand, like some frozen Naan in the freezer, 1/2 block of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 container of ricotta cheese. You get the picture…
