I have to admit, after Thursday’s race, I was feeling a bit down. But, after thinking it over this weekend and making myself a plan to get back in shape I’m ready to do the work. This week’s motivation is simple: to take things one day at a time and one workout at a time will get me back in shape is as simple as that.
I decided to make goals for this week to hold myself accountable so here they are:
-3 days of weight training
-at least 2, 30 minute bike rides
-at least 1 run
-rock Venus de Miles on Sunday!
