Good Morning and Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there!
My Dad’s the coolest of all and has helped me to become who I am today! He is the hardest working person I’ve ever met, the most supportive skating (and now running) Dad there is and runs marathons faster than I run my half marathons! I’m proud to call him my Dad!
This week was a busy one with Run for Boston, but I did my best to fit in workouts. I went on a long walk with my neighbor on Monday, did my PT exercises on Tuesday and Thursday and went on a 30 minute bike ride outside on Friday before heading out to packet pick-up. Today, we have 25 miles on the plan and we’re ready to tackle them!

Thursday-Pork & Mushroom stir fry with brown rice
Saturday: Wing it
Today’s going to be a busy Sunday! First we’re taking my Dad and my in-laws to brunch to celebrate Father’s Day, then a grocery store trip and then it’s time to tackle our 25 miler! Wish us luck!
