After a super fun and busy weekend plus a long drive, I’m really glad that I put together our meal plan before I left and came home to a fully stocked fridge. (thanks, hubs!) After some quick meal prep, we’re now ready for the week!

Monday-Flank Steak & Veggie Kebabs and Brown Rice
Tuesday- Portabella Cheesesteaks with Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday- Salmon Cakes with Roasted Broccoli and Brown Rice
Thursday- Spicy Chicken Schawarma
Saturday- Wing it (something at home)
