Today, started off my day with an hour long walk with my neighbor. It’s a sunny and beautiful day outside and I felt like I could walk for hours. Plus, today is the second day in a row I have no numbness in my arms! Hopefully this is a good sign that my disc is healing itself. This week with workouts, I’m going to to play it by ear and listen to my body. I have to admit that I’m itching to get back in a workout routine. In the meantime, at least I can plan my meals!
This evening, we’re taking advantage of the beautiful weather and spending the night grilling while having a few Oberons. Hopefully you’re enjoying the beautiful weather as well!

Friday-Farfalle with Chicken, Porcini Mushroom and Swiss Chard
