For the past few weeks, I’ve been treating myself to a bagel on Friday mornings so Bagel Friday has become a weekly tradition for me.
Why is this such a big deal?
Well, bagels used to be on my “no” list of foods.
The past few months I’ve been a part of Jamie Mendell’s Intuitive Eating Challenge and it’s completely changed the way I look at food. It’s amazing to think how much power food had over me just two months ago. I’m really proud of myself on my progress of working towards Intuitive Eating and I think I’m far enough along to start to share some insight within the next couple of weeks. I know this is something that a lot you have been interested about so I can’t wait to share my progress!

Now, I’m off to work for the weekend! I have a much needed low-key weekend planned. The biggest highlights will be purchasing our new kitchen appliances (hopefully!) and a Blogger Brunch at Kelly‘s on Sunday!
