Workout Recap 3/3-3/9 and Meal Plan 3/10-3/16

Weekend

This weekend was a pretty good one. Friday night we had dinner at our friend Denise and Jeremy’s. Saturday, we spent the day grocery shopping and getting things done around the house and then fit in a great swim workout and meal at home. This morning, I fit in a great yoga class with Kim then spent the rest of the day meal prepping and lounging.

Workout wise, I feel pretty good about this week!

As far as meal planning goes, this week I’m trying to do as little cooking as possible! We’re in the middle of our kitchen being remodeled and this week our contractor is painting our cupboards. So, I’m pretty sure I’ll want to stay as far away as possible. Sunday prep to the rescue!

Comments

  1. Isn’t Kim wonderful???

And peanut butter cookie date bites? That might be my next adventure!

  2. Tell me about the lentil soup. I just copied ingredients for a Moosewood recipe, but it’s stovetop (which is fine, I just want to know your recipe!). I also got ingredients for mushroom soup today, but it was 64 degrees and felt too summery for it :)

  3. I went to the GR triathlon website. Looks interesting. I want to do one this summer.

  4. Oh, your chicken teriyaki fettuccine sounds amazing! Recipe coming later this week?? :) It looks like you had an awesome weekend! I also fit in a lot of workouts along with relaxation and some fun.

  5. Please please please post the recipe for your beer cheese soup this week – that sounds so yummy, but I’m guessing yours is at least a little healthy since it’s clean, right? :-)

  6. I cannot get over how cute that selfie of you and Rich is. It is distracting me from everything else you wrote :)

So happy we could finally meet up! I hope our schedules allow it again soon :)

    • Ha! There’s a whole series- next time we see each other I’ll share.

We need to set up a run date soon!
