This weekend was a pretty good one. Friday night we had dinner at our friend Denise and Jeremy’s. Saturday, we spent the day grocery shopping and getting things done around the house and then fit in a great swim workout and meal at home. This morning, I fit in a great yoga class with Kim then spent the rest of the day meal prepping and lounging.
Workout wise, I feel pretty good about this week!
As far as meal planning goes, this week I’m trying to do as little cooking as possible! We’re in the middle of our kitchen being remodeled and this week our contractor is painting our cupboards. So, I’m pretty sure I’ll want to stay as far away as possible. Sunday prep to the rescue!

Thursday: My Aunt Carol is visiting and we’re taking her to Crisp for chicken!
Friday: Taking my Aunt Carol to fish fry!
Saturday: Celebrating St. Patty’s Day with Crock Pot Beer Cheese Soup and Crock Pot Corned Beef Cabbage. And beer bread on the side!
