This week was a pretty good one! Workout wise I felt ok but did not want to push myself too much because I started physical therapy on Wednesday night. On Saturday, I ran outside for the first time in a very long time with some Chicago Running Bloggers and had a blast! (more on that tomorrow!)
This week I kept things simple with meal planning because we’re going to Michigan on Friday. My meal prep took about 1 1/2 hours today but now we’re all set for the week!

Peanut Butter Cookie Date Bites
Sunday: Steaks with roasted redskin potatoes and asparagus before watching the Oscar’s!
Wednesday: Out for pizza with my in-laws for their Birthdays!
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Spicy Thai Noodles with Tofu, Marinated Chicken Breasts and Veggies or Leftovers
