This week it felt great to be back to my routine! I tried to take it easy with workouts and ended up doing a little bit of everything. Next week, I would like to do at least five workouts and at least one day of strength.
For food this week, I’m going to try a few new recipes! I have tomorrow off, so I’m going to spend some time doing extra prep tomorrow.

Looks like a great week of meals and workouts! I just made some date bites similar to LARABARS that were cashews, coconut, dates and apricots. So good and so easy! Hope you have a great day prepping your meals!

I’m very organized so it’s refreshing to see someone else who also tries to plan out a lot of their life. I love that you meal prep too. If I had a full-time job, I’d probably need to start doing this, but right now I usually have the time to mae meals as I go.
It really helps me! I have barely any time at night so it makes a world of a difference.
Ooh, have you made your own English muffins before? I’ve wanted to, but then it’s only like $2 for a pack of 6 so I’m just not motivated. But I eat mine with pb and a banana pretty much every morning – I love that combination!
I’m curious about the pulled pork – what makes it clean (or why is it otherwise not clean eating)?
Usually the sauce has sugar in it. This recipe does not!

Nice variety of workouts! I’ve taken the last two weeks off of working out, but plan on starting back up again this morning after my shift! It’s in part because I want to watch Revenge, and only watch it on my ipad when running : ) I definitely need to be better about preparing food for the week.
I love the idea of watching TV while you run!
