This week it felt great to be back to my routine! I tried to take it easy with workouts and ended up doing a little bit of everything. Next week, I would like to do at least five workouts and at least one day of strength.
For food this week, I’m going to try a few new recipes! I have tomorrow off, so I’m going to spend some time doing extra prep tomorrow.
Clean Eating English Muffins- I’m going to make some breakfast sandwiches for Rich and I’ll eat them with peanut butter and banana
