I have to admit, I’m feeling a bit blah starting this week. I’m still in a lot of pain but I’m trying to take care of myself and get better. I’m pretty frustrated that I can’t go hard with workouts but I know eventually I’ll get better.
It’s going to be a busy week with lots of social plans, a busy work week as always and doing as much as I can to keep things balanced at home and get to the gym. #1 though is taking care of my back!
