This week I have one main focus: slow down and smile more. Last week my stress got the best of me, so this week I’m trying to be more aware of it. I’m not superwoman and I definitely don’t have to be! As I mentioned yesterday, I’m trying a more relaxed meal planning strategy. For workouts, I have a few workout dates planned with friends which will help keep things fun. I’ve found a great balance in my life, now I just have to slow down enjoy to enjoy it!
