Sunday– 5.0 mile long run
Tuesday– 3.0 mile run outside alone
Wednesday– OFF, awful allergies!
Thursday– 2.5 mile run outside alone
Friday– OFF, prepping for Easter weekend!
Saturday– 6.0 mile long run
I’m doing a wonderful job getting all my runs in and sticking to my half marathon training plan. I’ve slacked with cross-training and weights this week so this is something I would like to focus on in the upcoming week! Goal is to do at least one day of weights and a day of cross training! This upcoming Saturday is the Race to Wrigley where I am hoping for a PR!
